Shipment processing time

Our team is attentive and prepared to take your order. Once your order has been placed, it goes to our roaster where your coffee is roasted fresh in small batches. All orders are processed within one business day of order placement. Order processing and shipment will not occur on weekends or holidays.

Shipment information

Once your order has been processed by one of our team members, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and tracking information. We strive to get the best rates and delivery times available. Customs, duties, and taxes

West Coffee Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
